My Story
My name is Ela Ladwig. Thank you for visiting my website. I am a Polish native. I have lived in Scotland, England and, most recently, California. I finally found my home on a beautiful horse farm nestled in the rolling hills of Central Kentucky. I am a self -taught artist and I never stop experimenting with paints. The two mediums that I use most often are acylic and watercolor; although, I love working with oil, pastel and charcoal, too. My style is somewhere in between impressionism and realism. I put my experiences and my passions to life on canvas. I am very passionate about horses, my main subject, and I love to capture their spirit on canvas or paper. Hope you enjoy my art!
